Please join the CSIS Scholl Chair in International Business and the Economics Program for the virtual launch of its study on Immigration Policy Solutions to Shortages in Critical Sectors of the U.S. Economy. This new brief, authored by Thibault Denamiel, William Alan Reinsch, and Jason Schenker, examines labor shortages impacting key sectors of the U.S. economy, including construction, healthcare, transportation, and agriculture. The authors will explore the economic impact of immigration and its role in filling labor gaps and offer insights into the political and policy challenges surrounding immigration reform.
